1) for the interview, my understanding is if everything goes well on day 1 you will get a CJO then on day 2 if the psych eval goes well you will be told later that day, is this correct?
2) how long after day 2 are people finding out about class dates?

2) current timeline: my buddy interviewed 22/23 Oct...he is still waiting for official invite but was told to expect mid to end of Jan class date. Invites have been going out about 4-5 weeks prior to class start.

I had a couple questions about the internal pilot rec. First, what’s the stipulations on it? As in, once submitted it gets an automatic score. How often can that be done? Is it once per year? Is that limit for the applicant or the person submitting the referral? Is there any advantage to getting multiple pilot internal recs? Is there any advantage to getting an internal rec from any non-pilot (family member)? And if getting internal recs, should one still get a letter and attach it to the airlineapps application?
Sorry for all the questions, I just can’t seem to find concrete answers on the process. Thanks!

I can't answer all of your questions but can provide you some SA based on my experience thus far. My understanding is internal recs are from Delta pilots 'pulling' your app to get scored at Delta via an internal Delta HR process (I'm told this will get your app scored within 30 days and this can be done to your app once per year). Airlineapps recommendations are separate from Delta's internal rec process; Airlineapps recommendations can be, essentially, from anyone, you just need to input their email into Airlineapps and they'll get an email for them to fill out that will attach to whichever applications you choose in Airlineapps.
For reference, I submitted my Delta app approximately two weeks ago, had four Delta individuals (all FOs) submit internal recs one to two days after I submitted my application, and had approximately ten Airlineapps recommendations attached to my application. These numbers are based on feedback I got from others at Delta and the application review company I used (RST; as an aside, I was very impressed with the reviews they did). Process worked pretty quick as I got an invitation to interview yesterday afternoon via email.
Hope this helps with some of your questions and if anyone sees mistakes in my descriptions, please advise. Good luck!
You can only get 1 internal every year. It doesn’t matter how many different people submit them so ask wisely. Similarly, employees can only give 1 internal a year to a specific person.
Basically, your app better be ready when the first internal is submitted as you will have to wait a year for the next one. It doesn’t matter if somebody new gives you a new internal in that year window.

To piggy back on this thread.
Do you need all of your other recs attached to airline apps when your internal is submitted or can you bring those with you? I know stupid question in terms of this but how much will those recs be used to decide whether to invite or not invite. I ask because I have multiple recs that have already been written but that are not uploaded via airline apps.
