There will most likely be a few who don't take the flow for various reasons. Also, everyone not flow eligible area supposed to get preferential interviews in seniority order.

Why? Because you feel you would rather be judged by HR and a shrink rather your airmanship?

If you get an interview at DAL, you can fly. It's a lot more than that. Based on the tone of your post, you might want to brush up on the HR and shrink aspects.

Kind of the point I made before. ANYBODY (for the most part) can be trained to fly. It's almost impossible to un-train somebody from being a DB/A-hole.

Besides, for the airlines that DO use a sim profile (especially the SAME sim) sometimes it's not really a good test of flying skill. Just like some DBs/A-holes can put on the 45 minute show in a face to face, almost anybody can go to the sim prep, spend the money, get the EXACT profile and go a good (enough) job.

Pre 9-11 the prep/gouge was out there for the basement UAL AST (or Frasca?) sim, in the 2005-2008 era at CAL, the prep/gouge was out there for the CAL sim, etc.
