FWIW to those on the 7ER fleet waiting in the training pipeline, I just got the call yesterday to do my observer flights early next week. That will put me just about 5 weeks from sim check to observer flights. No word on OE yet. YMMV. Hang in there.

Yes it true i don't write the best. but hear me out:
I fly mighty aeroplane,
way up in the sky.
I drink the aeroplane coffee,
I eat the aeroplane Biscoff.
I take 6 muffins from hotel breakfast,
Is free after all.
I take 12 bag of flavored tea,
mint is my favorite.
I take 3 apple
2 bananas,
and 1 USA Today.
I take all the soap
the shampoos,
the lotions and creams.
Now it time to commute home,
I run through terminal all sweaty.
I have a dog name Fido.
I have a wife named Betty.
I like to eat spaghetti.
and meatball.
Life is tough as pilot,
life is tough as FA.
life not too tough for agent,
rampers, or shoe shine guy.

Interview invite lead time
Hey I know this has been hashed out many time but I have a question for some mil guys out there. How far out from your availability date are you getting called to interview. For me it was 60 days but that was in the spring of 2015. Since the pool depth is now about 8 months I didn't know if they are starting to call tier 1 candidates to interview farther out from their availability.

Yeah, how does a military guy who is not in the ANG or Reserve avoid 6 months of unemployment while waiting in the pool? If you push back your separation date after getting the CJO aren't you then unavailable?
