That is never constant across the applicants. It all depends on how well you score and fit into the tiered system they use. Tier 1s get called first. Rumor is they only call applicants from that tier.

Thanks. Mine was put in a little over a month ago. Just wondering. My GPA is a little low but I am a check airman. Who knows.

No. IMO, no one is "Tier One" until they get the interview invitation.
Would Delta (or any airline) ever admit to interviewing/hiring anyone less than a "Tier 1" pilot?
How would that sound in an investigation? "Well, you see, the FO was a Tier Two guy, so that explains him sliding off the end of the runway." See what they did there?
The "tier" system is all games. Not sure what they're trying to achieve, but at DL, everything is intentional.

That's as redonk as saying an airline is liable if they don't hire a pilot flying for one of their regionals. Non issue, and never will be one.
