That's not nearly enough information. It really depends on the rest of your resume. I'll say people have been hired with less, but you need to stick out somehow.

My last FO had about 3200, no PIC, and was hired at the beginning of this year. He had an internal recommendation, I think it might have even been from an LCA but I'm hazy on that detail. Also not sure how it plays but he had the volunteer square checked. Seems like it might be a factor based on what I'm reading in the 'delta prefers low exp' thread.

The equivalent military phrase was “getting your ticket punched”, i.e. performing some action (like attendance at Squadron Officer School), which proved nothing except that you were compliant with the desires of the promotion board.

There’s a section to enter organizations you’re with and volunteer/charity activity. At least there was. For the record, I didn’t have anything documentable to enter and I still got hired.

I find it funny how so many people have an unshakeable conviction that you MUST have this or that to get hired. “Oh I have to volunteer so watch me feign interest in helping victims of domestic abuse”. If you ask me, the folks at Delta see right through the facade.

It's a block you fill out under the "Misc" tab, there are 3 sections you can add in info:
