We’ve hired 430 this year inclusive of the 5/7 class next week. If we hire 20 a month going forward, that’s only 570 for the year. That would be a near 50% reduction in hiring YOY and from our historical average since 2014. I don’t see how this most recent AE would be responsible for that much reduction in hiring.
They still want 1000 a year based on what I heard from JG just a few weeks ago. Based on that, my guess is more like 20 per class and 2 maybe 3 classes each month through summer and then back to 90-100/month in the fall.

May still has 3 classes. June and July - one each.
Starting August should resume, the yearly target remains the same.

Maybe it means interviewing enough for approximately 20 CJOs a month, depending on how large the pool is it would free up some resources while reducing the waiting period once someone gets in the pool.

But all an internal does is it gets you scored right?? Not a sure bet you would get an interview call??
