I've been wondering, how difficult would it be to get hired at Delta as a pilot with four GA checkride failures? Some other quick mentions are: I'm currently in my low twenties, working on online degree, have already built a fair amount of twin turbine time and will soon be heading to the regionals I know I'm not giving a lot of background however I'm trying to see what the fine line is for failures. Thank you in advance for anyone that responds.

I have also seen guys with a DUI get hired. It is what you do after your mistakes that matters the most. Good luck.

They asked about them and I explained the circumstances and what I did wrong. I owned them all 100% and mentioned what I learned from them and how they made me a better aviator in the long run. The impression I've gotten is that they don't expect you to be perfect, but if you can't own up to your mistakes and learn from them, that's a much bigger problem.
You can always go to a flow-through like Envoy if you're doing the regional route already. It doesn't keep you from applying at Delta or anywhere else, and its a guaranteed job at a major in six years.

I had two GA failures (private, CFI), one written test failure (took the wrong test), and one checkride failure in the Air Force (formation).

^^This. Own your mistakes and think hard about what you learned from it or what you did to correct it. I think the bigger issue will be what these 4 busts were. Are they like JeepFlyer and completely different, spread out busts or do you struggle with single-engine ILS approaches? Are any of the 4 on the same ride, as in multiple attempts? If they're all different, I'd say you should be OK but you're best off going to a regional to prove that you can pass several 121 check rides. Just my $.02

I had a client who had 4 checkride failures at a regional get hired at Delta. Apply online and update your application every 1st of the month. Always try to improve your professional and personal life.
