The 30 days only includes the pulling and scoring. Invite or crickets some indeterminate amount of time after that, probably depends on the rate of interview slot availability.

One of three things will happen. A fix it email, an interview invite, or if your app is error free but they don’t want to call you, you will hear nothing.

Not really because the block hours systemwide drop like a stone in the fall. Additional pilots will not be needed. We start hiring in the fall to staff for next summer. If we continued hiring all summer at full speed we would be over staffed for the fall and winter.
