So new hires suck at running checklists and the As are inconsistent with when they call for them. Got it. The horse is tenderized.
What’s the word on interviews or future class dates?
What interview dates have been told to expect Dec 10?
Any classes announced after that?

I heard that tier 1 is split into two categories. Tier 1A would be military with masters Tier 1B would be civilian with degree (masters adds more points) and being a check airman / chief pilot . How true that is idk

When your app is scored by an actual individual, they give you what's basically a motivational score. So it's kind of subjective, the most points would be the least amount of time to meet Delta qualifications, with a decent GPA from one of the big aviation universities.

So those of us who took a little longer to finish school and had a less than stellar GPA because we worked 2 jobs are undesirable. Looks like hard work and dedication don't cut it as well as silver spoons at DAL.

If a woe is me attitude/chip on shoulder is articulated you will be scored appropriately for that as well.
You have to paint a picture for the application reviewer to want to score your application high enough that they feel you should be hired and the interview is but a formality.

First it’s hand scored so if you are able to positively articulate what the situation was you will be scored appropriately.

My 6 type ratings, 2 airlines (now defunct) and flight experiences as well as great CS skills may never matter because my GPA and college path knock me into a low-tier applicant. All they'll see is a GPA, current employment as a 135/91K pilot, and that's it....back of the bus. Sorry, as much as I love DAL and am still chasing a childhood dream to work for them, its a dumb way to select pilots. As a Delta FO told me at the airport a few weeks ago "...sorry to pop your bubble but we don't like business jet pilots". Fine. I'll keep trying but I'm not going to get my hopes too high. How is one supposed to paint a picture of the "real you" on a form that has pretty much nothing but yes/no boxes and numbers-only data fields? Its a dumb way to do things and they are missing out on some fine pilots who could well represent the Delta brand, all over a stupid process like that.
