I was curious because at Spirit we are limited to five 200% trips a year and no more than two in a calendar month. Assignment methodology is supposed to be reverse seniority order, but is not rigidly followed. Just wanted to see how it worked at DAL.

Where can I find the breakdown of how many of each aircraft type are at the different domiciles?

Also, if assigned an A320 to NYC, how long do you think it would take to get moved to ATL?

- Thanks

Unless you have your heart set on flying an airbus right away you could get md88, 717, and even a 767er in ATL right out of training.

Yep, copy that. I'm currently on the bus...just looking at options for an easier transition. I want ATL for sure. The Bus would be my first choice if possible, but it doesn't look like many (in ATL) are available on the new hire drops.
Thanks -

FTB, is this tongue-in-cheek or serious? If the former, what's the joke? If the latter, what's dangerous about it?

Thx,
Hrk

The most dangerous position for a senior pilot in any airline, any airplane, is in front of a junior pilot while walking down the stairs.
