No newhire slots have gone to the ATL320 in any drops... it's oddly senior, and considerably senior to the ATL 7ER on the junior end. I've been here 7 years and moved backward 2 slots on last bid. Because apparently the 4 legs I flew today culminating in 13 hours in TRI on a saturday night is that desireable.

Well there are 11,655 pilots and the most junior ATL Fifi pilot is 11,602. So hopefully not long at all.
As to bases:

Yeah its a never ending internal debate. Some say limits drive the need for staffing, while others say once limits are reached it just drives junior manning anyway. The truth is probably somewhere in between. Does Spirit have limits as well on junior manning? Is the current limit on 200% pay trips a management desire or a union desire? (I can see either case being made).

Two questions about your PBS awards. In the PDF, what is the difference between the yellow and pink reserve days? Also, I'm not familiar with being able to lob all my reserve days together (>6 days in a row on reserve)... How does that work to accommodate required days off?

The pink days are "coverage awards" which basically means it was forced on your line because they were short of reserves that day. (generally happens on weekends or around any holidays, Super Bowl, etc.)
Probably not a very satisfactory explanation but nobody REALLY understands the unstacking logic
.If you are awarded more than 6 reserve days in a row then scheduling has to assign you a 30 hour rest break in there somewhere to respect the 30 in 168 rule. They usually do it right after you block in from a trip. OR - you can get the 30 hour break in the middle of a trip on a layover. We're seeing more of that lately.
