Nov 3 CJO. Hired 6 of 7 that day. I just chatted with someone who called and scheduled a Feb 3 interview. It is a few months out. They told us after day 1, the plan is 100-120 through indoc per month starting in Jan. Hopefully that holds up.

Does anyone know how many street hires that 100-120 a month will be? I believe the compass flows are done but how many SSP guys per month? Are they still metered in at a set rate?

Compass flows are done in Dec. Endeavor will have 180 SSP guys in 2016, but they normally send most guys during the second half of the year. I would say with 100-120 per month it will be 90-110 for the first half of the year. The pool will drain pretty fast at that rate.

The latest word was that as people bid off the 7ER there will be no backfills.
IMHO, that cannot possibly hold true, as there will be way too many vacancies, especially in NYC where they were handing out GSWC most of the summer to cover the schedule.

Maybe they are going to grow the 73n category in ny and let the 7er shrink. One way or another there are gong to be a lot of unfulled positions in nyc for poolies to fill this winter. Bring it on.

Man, oh, man!......that would be sweet! That's a whopping lot better than the "don't expect anything until 2nd quarter of 2016" that we were told at the end of day #1. I'm a 29 Sep CJO and burning through my savings is not cool!

Good luck to us all!

Company - In College
Supervisor - N/A
Street - college address
etc etc....

OR do I explain each gap in the "unemployment history" block?

Thank you for your time!
It doesn't matter which method you use, 1-month job or 1-mo unemployed; just ensure there are no gaps . I worked 3 jobs during College, but just listed those 4-years IN MY EMPLOYMENT timeline as "student". Of course also listed my college years under education. Tailor yours, I had a 30-yr history to cover, didn't need to "impress" anyone with part time work from 1990.

Last thing, "fix it email" comes before "scoring" it means your getting looked at, but scoring is just that. Delta is keeping the bar high, plenty of candidates right now. If you fix and score well plan on interview view, if not, it will be a wait.

Good luck.
