Are you still in the pool or flying with DAL? Most of my group received "Clear to Train" emails 2 months ago. About 3 of us are waiting. We are mid-July CJOs expecting class around March. It sounds like "no news is good news" and should expected to be contacted as March approaches for class?
Thoughts?
I know they have had my background info since mid-Sep.

First, the fact they sent you the "fix it" e-mail is a very good thing. It tells you that they for sure have seen your application. The faster you get it fixed, the faster they will fully score your app and (hopefully) extend to you the interview invite. I guy I went to church with got the fix it e-mail and then an interview invite within a week or two of fixing the application stuff.
As far as your work, I listed everything, even back to my first job as a paperboy at about age 10. So....I'd list your Menards job, too. Why not? If they look you in the eye during the in person ap review (which they WILL go over every page of your application during the panel interview) and ask if "every job" is listed, you can tell them "yes" instead of possibly fidgeting and saying "no". Not listing a job and they find out about it looks suspicious to them. "Did you not get along with your boss?" "Did you get fired?" Just list it. If your work-study bit at the airport ended up with you getting paid ($$$$), I'd list that as well. Again, why not?

14 May CJO, still in the pool hoping to start in Jan. 13 others in our group got the cleared to train in July. Me and one other from my group who hadn't heard called the background check company in Oct to follow up. The background folks I talked with on the phone were not too helpful -- they said they didn't need anything additional from me and to contact my 'Delta HR rep' if I had any questions. Pilot Selection told me not to worry about it when I called -- "you would have heard from us" if there was an issue.
I'll let you know if I run into any problems!

I was hired early in 14 and I got phone call about 2 weeks after finishing OE asking me for a copy of my High School Diploma. When I informed her I could not find it but had a copy of my college degree she was very happy and had no idea that I had a college degree even though it was in my application. So don't sweat it unless you have something to hide and failed to report it on purpose.

This is winning comm from delta. They want to call you in but something is incomplete on the app. Read the email carefully and fix whatever is messed up. Usually it is a gap in education or employment. They want to see all the jobs back to high school and not just the last ten years. Make sure all the dates touch. Fix it today and send a professional response thanking them, I've fixed it, looking forward to the opportunity, etc. send it to the same email address you received it from. I did this and so have several bros. I received the invite to interview a week after doing this. Good luck (and pick a 73N to atl...).

Just a quick update with the drop from 11/9. Nothing else to report. I still am woefully lacking data from interviewees in Oct and Nov. Maybe they aren't on APC or Delta slowed down the classes (given the size of the pool). Anyway, spread the word.
