Which is why imho pass or fail the product of this nc and mec will be remembered poorly by pilots from every airline for a very long time.

Pilot 1 "Remember that time when Delta was setting historical records and their MEC agreed to 8% raise plus concessions?"

Pilot 2 "oh yeah, what happened then b machining did the pilots vote that down?"

Pilot 1 "believe it or not they..."

To be continued.
Even the no voting reps agreed in their long letter the net value of the contract was 1.1 billion.

The net value of the contract to pilots (since QOL is not included in such a calculation). But that's not the cost to the company, as you know. If you're trying to determine if there's money on the table, you look at their costs overall, not one slice of the pie.

Ladies and Gents,

Wasn't sure where to really post this and I hope it doesn't get me the tool of the day but I just wanted to give a shout out to Capt "Jerry".

I'm a Delta Private Jets pilot and I was traveling positive space from MIA to ATL on 3 Jul. Due to weather we diverted to MGM. No big deal to me, but Capt Jerry's calmness, simple explanation, and willingness to keep the passengers informed kept the chaos in check. It's the first flight I've been on when passengers were inconvenienced and I didn't hear a single whine.

If Capt Jerry is out there I just wanted you to know that was some fine work. Sorry I didn't see you face to face to tell you.

Nice to hear. Hope these stories don't stop if POS 15 passes, but I suspect they will become more rare.

Totally emotional, and total spin to meet an agenda. At a minimum, totally irrelevant.

What agenda do I have? I guess I should vote how you and ALPA tell me to. Got it.
