I have stated many times RA is wildly successful because he states goals. He measures goals. He demands results.
We don't have stated goals. Measureable goals. Shared goals.
And that is why we don't have a historic TA.
That is why we met management's timeline just like C2012 and fell far short of what we deserve in this once in a lifetime opportunity.
A small handful of insiders drove this package. They set goals and delivered us for less yet again.
The sales machine has been working overtime. They have one last goal. To get 50% plus 1.

This TA will all come down to 4 swing voters.
ATL FO David Nestor
SEA Captain Jud Crand
SEA FO Chris Gaddis
Council 48 Training rep Sam Mason
Make your voice heard. These four carry our profession in their hands.

what i heard while checking in this afternoon
7/3/3/3
2 more dc but taken from profit sharing
loss of 40 hours of sick
verification at 80 per year
no more oe bumps
no change to vacation or cq pay
no per diem increase
aint no way this piece of crap can possibly be our next cba. definitely no

Our vacation was at the top of the list. Even management agrees we are light years behind UAL, UPS, FedEx, Alaska, etc.
No way even our weak links would agree to no increase.
Per diem is also a no brainier for the insiders.
7/3/3/3 makes 8/6/3/3 seem like a win.
This is a red herring expectation lowerer. ( not a word, I know)
HISTORIC OR IT'S A NO

Isn't it though? What's just as amazing is how many on here have already declared this the biggest POS ever.
Personally, I'll wait until I see the details but the reaction I see on here would be funny if it weren't so pathetic.
Vote no just because.
