What also doesn't take place until Jan 1, 2017 is the 1% DC increase. The sick leave changes not only take effect immediately but are also retroactive.
What is also disturbing is that sick leave will have a look back to 2012 if this TA passes. That will cover 2 1/2 years of our current contract. Talk about negative retro.

The change in profit sharing levels begins with every dime you make starting 1/1/2016. In other words, on 1/1/2016 the threshold for 10% is $1 to $6 billion and the 20% starts at over $6 billion. Our current year (2015) would be the last year for 20% starting a $2.5 billion.

Question for those with better understanding of the process, but since the MEC vote is in open session will we know how each MEC member voted? Apologies if answered already or just plain ignorant on my part. Thx.

Ps-taking off on 26L today didn't see any flames or pitchforks at the Renaissance......yet

As I understand it, we will see exactly who voted which way.

You should. The vote will be in open session so you sure will. And absolutely not a bad question. The process is a bit foreign to most of us.
