Of course the side benefit will be, everyone will be afraid to call in sick, so they'll be coming to work sick, making more of us sick...so we got that going for us! This is about literally holding your career and life in their hands, and all the power that gives them over each and every one. It's the Holy Grail. This career will never be the same. It's amazing we sold it for a few bucks. Wonder why it was the #1 'issue' for the company? |

Sick cost the company nadda. Whether you fly and the payed reserve stays home or you call in sick and the reserve flys. No money changes hands ever!
