Can't say for sure but it looks like it will be today.

It's funny how guys blew it off in 2012. I knew this was what they were after. It's the ultimate hammer. This has NOTHING to do with abuse. This has EVERYTHING to do with control. Once they get this, DL will OWN YOU. Biggest concession in history.

Then the recall campaigns begin tonight.

Of course the side benefit will be, everyone will be afraid to call in sick, so they'll be coming to work sick, making more of us sick...so we got that going for us!

Nothing to do with the straw man 'abuse' issue. They could've fixed that with a bank system...

This is about literally holding your career and life in their hands, and all the power that gives them over each and every one. It's the Holy Grail. This career will never be the same. It's amazing we sold it for a few bucks.

Wonder why it was the #1 'issue' for the company?

Sick cost the company nadda. Whether you fly and the payed reserve stays home or you call in sick and the reserve flys. No money changes hands ever!

In my opinion the company knows to much of our personal health history. Just in the past year and a half I have gotten calls from "Delta Health Services". One was to see if I needed counseling for my weight problem... I asked, how did you get my BIM number, and she told me that it was from the physical I took to get the extra health care dollars. The second instance was when I had bronchitis. The Dr. prescribed an inhaler. a short time later they asked if I needed any information on controlling my Asthma! Once Dr. Foster is installed as the Director of health services, he can, by himself, end your career. that "medical release" can disqualify you from line flying until HE is satisfied that you meet the FAA medical guidelines. The Heart attack example they gave in day one was an exaggeration, but there are a lot of things that can disqualify you from having a medical, and they don't need your permission to do it either! HIPPA privacy only prevents doctors and hospitals from giving out your information WITHOUT your consent. Delta is self insured. Every prescription you have ever had filled is on file with DHS

Does the company still have access to your info if you have medical through a different source like TRICARE for ex-military or a spouses insurance? Not that this is in any way acceptable. I'm generally against lawyers but this seems like a class action law suit to me.

Search "Delta MEC Comm". Notice when you look under a post it might say "70 previous comments". Click there. They have all been deleted. Hundreds of negative comments deleted. Positive comments are allowed to stay. How does that make you feel about your union and how they conduct a fair and balanced TA presentation? Do we live in Iraq?
