I'm sure this was their opener, well, no I'm not. We might have made additional concessions from what they asked for to get 8633.

Dude, that made me laugh, and then I realized it might be true!

Then I cried... like a little Negotiator!:D

I think that's a decision for the membership to make on their own.

I think the clarification is still being crafted.
Again, I apologize for the delay and gaps in communication at times.

But the JV is a big concern to me as well.

How can reps vote on sending a TA out when they werent briefed in detail on all the info. Why the rush???! What happens when we rush our pilots duties?

Is EB sleeping well? I think so, I can't imagine he'd lose sleep over not getting enough concessions in TA2015. So, there's that.

We can heal narcolepsy.

Or is it necrophilia?

I'm going to go google to make sure. but without images.

Reps are intimately familiar with language.

But they are a little more than busy right now.
In fact 44's fo rep was kind enough to explain the JV language to me.

So the wording in sick section. At deltas discretion they can send you to a third party for verification. For even your first sick call! And who is the third party? A doctor, a shrink, pilot review board?

Nurse Ratchet...

I'll just not call in sick. Too much of a risk.

Well, but what if it's one of those "nurses" that shows up to Buzzpat favorite post shoot Tuesday night karaoke bars in Los Angeles?

Then that's not necessarily a concession. Just isn't. Big picture people. Big picture.

Sounds like military medical. Pilots are never sick until they are getting ready to separate from the service. Then they have never had a well day in their life. After all there is no such thing as HIIPA in the military.

Count the concessions, count the achievements. Overall, it's concessionary. Easy vote.
