Seniority order for each one... once you get one, then you're back of the line for everyone that hasn't had one yet and so on.

Oh ok, then it sounds kinda awkward to tell a junior guy to buy pass a straight white slip in hopes of it becoming a green slip trip so this individual can get it being senior. Then the only hope for that junior guy is there are enough green slips to make it down to his seniority level.

If the one section of degredation is Section 1, then the rest of the contract is pointless. Section 2-27 can be judged in totality, Section 1 stands alone.

Exactly. And they offer this “advice” like they actually care about you. I’m too junior to get a greenie in my category, so thanks, I’ll take my white slip sir.

Yep, in fat staffed categories they tend to swirl around in high seniority land.

ATL320A is becoming quite short and this weekend is my first time potentially holding a green slip since 2016 (when I was a 320B!) While it may be advisable for 320Bs to still WS, it's GS time in 320A land.

Yes. Seniority order except that once you have a GS in a bid period, Someone junior without a GS in that bid period will get awarded it first. As a junior guy, it often is better for me to WS than hope for an unpredictable or nonexistent GS if I want to add hours.

Above all, it’s contract legal and it’s my personal decision, so i couldn’t care less what someone else thinks about it

Good for you. That’s your right. Just like it’s my right to put in a WS anytime aI want. Remember, it’s early in the month. The senior pilots getting GSs today will be white slipping later in the month to fill up to the GS limit,
