Training delay

Just to toss another story out there, I’ve been with the company since early this year on the -200. I experienced significant delays with weeks off between ground and sims. Delays between sim sessions (some times up to a week between each). Following my checkride, I had almost 60 days off before my first flight on OE. Blasted through OE, flew a few trips, and then the flying completely stopped. Have flown only a few times this month, and am about to expire on consolidation. I have been calling scheduling almost daily begging for flying, but there’s nothing, and open time at my base is nonexistent. Hopefully it picks up soon.
Just to emphasize, I enjoy flying for Endeavor. I had excellent LCAs during OE. My captains have been fantastic. Flight attendants friendly and professional. Always have had positive interactions with crew scheduling. The pay is good. I feel the company keeps us well-updated for the most part. ACPs are approachable. Maintenance has been great (and only experienced one deferred APU so far). Only downside is this training segment has taken much longer than I ever anticipated (now going on 8 months counting consolidation!). Every company has issues, and I would still work for Endeavor if I was deciding today.

The training in the 900 was fast, but I had to do a line check to extend my consolidation. Still looks like I'll be short. The lack of flying is a big concern. The people junior to me have it worse.

He's talking about pay credit not bock or flight time. Most NYC reserve FO's haven't been flying much at all lately and now that we are into the winter slowdown, I suspect flying will be even harder to come by in all positions across the company.
