Yes, but till then, the DGI will still be moving people. Endeavor has a certain number of slots per year at Delta already, the question is who fills them. They could be at Delta much sooner depending on their circumstances if there is no flow deal.

I don’t think so. Compass had a flow with NWA when they formed. I would assume it would be for all new hires too, otherwise you’ll still have difficulty recruiting new hires. But I could be wrong.

I would think this would replace it, it becomes contractual which the DGI is not.

I guess you can't do math. That's ok. No one's perfect.

2000 pilots
Assume 10% don't take it right away. (-200)

Assume another 10% leave for ulcc or other major which I think is completely reasonable. (-200)

1600 pilots flowing

1600 ÷ 240yr = 6.66 years
that's without retirements, training failures, ots straight hires to delta.

It's 7.5 years with zero attention paid to these factors. You think 5 is outrageous propaganda??

5-7 years is probably a very accurate estimation

we'll find out on the call on the 25th. Until then, let the speculation begin. I've been due for my DGI for a year. We will see
