l’ve seen it. A lot of good pilots who deserve it, happy for them. A lot of bad pilots and generally lazy, hard to work with people who don’t. Are the bad apples who will most likely wash out be able to return to Endeavor no harm no foul?

Curious, for those that decided not to flow, what’s the pay for a top pay Captain compared to a first year FO at Delta. I get not wanting to give up QOL with 2-3 years left, but in year or 2 would your Delta pay be close or high than top captain pay at EV?

Just for a general comparison, if you are sen. #1000 it looks like it’ll take just over 4 years to flow from today’s date, assuming my math is correct and everyone above you takes the flow. Take this with a grain of salt.

With 20 a month flowing, 240 a year, anyone below 376 will have the chance to flow in the first year. The second year will reach 616 at a minimum. That's a November 2015 hire.
