Yes. Those with letters will flow regardless. It’s widely believed delta will win the arbitration anyway.

There was a program in place. The career advancement program (CAP).

No. Those with class dates will flow regardless. Until someone has a class date, they aren't guaranteed to flow.

from what I understand all the flows are going to be held back 90 days per the agreement. Same thing they did at Compass

never heard of that and I have several friends involved in Pilot development (pilot selection, recruitment, and propel)at DL…they’ve never heard of it either…that’s the group that onboards and negotiates all pathway programs to DL…never was such a thing

Cool. The Union stated it was a thing. Why do you care so much about 9E?

Wait, hold up- you mean Delta HR (who believes the flow is antithetical to Delta culture) wasnt involved in any of those discussions? Oh now common. Next these HR people will find out they arent running the company.

Either EDV and DAL is lying to edv's union (which, there is precedent for) or EDV and DAL was going to work on a 50% pay raise for EDV pilots. My read of the BOD is another giant pay raise will never come to edv again.

Also, you get bored, you should ask about the way back machine when HRs old head had to explain to the BOD why Delta shouldn't have a flow to EDV because Bastion stopped having his back. Every time more EDV pilots leave than get hired, edv will get a better and better flow.

hey... Maybe theyll dust off the EtD program again. Ohh wouldnt that be a lark! Who wants to see EDV shut down in less than a year from attrition?

I was former 9E and have a lot of friends there, why do you care so much that I care? I just don’t like when people say things that aren’t credible and when they try they don’t back there statements up…because the union said so isn’t factual

you act like your in the know and you aren’t…you pop your head on our boards and do the same. No credibility over there either…
