Sightly longer answer is... We don't know
as it's written now, EVERY SINGLE pilot on the flow list has to flow or decline before the dgi restarts for new hires.
The DO on our mec podcast yesterday very clearly stated that we NEED to extend the flow agreement to new hires. If the flow holds up, I would expect it to come to new hires very soon via Loa. It'll however be a modified version of the career advancement plan, which will just be a flow with gates.

sounds like the union is already prepping for plan B if Delta loses arbitration. The attrition is accelerating and will most likely increase. Flow might be the only way to keep pilots here. Especially the middle of the pack. LCC’s are sucking them up

I found it funny that RE was slandering pilots decisions to leave to JetBlue and Spirit. Why would anyone wait around for a useless DGI when JetBlue has similar NB pay?

No doubt every group has there people that are outliers. But put two of those pilots together and bad things potentially happen. Like I said the crew dynamic will be interesting, most of the flows will be going to the 7ER in NYC with very senior captains. I will be very interested to hear about how that goes with the first few months of flows in the seat...

I'm pretty sure the way they set l see it, and I see it, and the union see it, is that at already got our carrot. The flow. The new hires also need a carrot, and that'll be the cap. I'm not sure how you think we'll get the flow and something else? Unless attrition becomes completely unmanageable, which it isn't yet.
