I can assure you that those guys will not have a long career at Delta if they’re as you’re describing.

seen the list, work at DL…flew with a few of the people scheduled to flow, most are good people but I definitely see some personality conflicts from past experiences with certain individuals. My hope is they’ve progressed professionally and personally. What will be interesting to me is some of these flows are FTIs, management pilots, or long established captains and will be coming in flying with Pilots who used to be there FOs or are significantly younger than them…it’s going to create a very interesting crew dynamic.

If you weren't on property the day it was signed, you don't flow, per the current agreement.

I also can imagine many we may fly with at DL who have the same issues so I wouldn’t worry about the few here at Endeavor or those that made it to DAL.. There are pilots at all carriers who are like this. Eventually, they are their own worst enemy. Whatever seat your in at DAL or Endeavor be the best you can be and be safe. Congratulations to those who accepted..and those to follow!!!
