Also one last question, how long will we expect the flow agreement to last. Will a hire in 2022 still be covered by the agreement and be able to flow, 2023 hires and beyond potentially?

If you weren't on property the day it was signed, you don't flow, per the current agreement.

To be honest I flew with a handful that got hired via SSP and to this day I still scratch my head. Two way street.

I also can imagine many we may fly with at DL who have the same issues so I wouldn’t worry about the few here at Endeavor or those that made it to DAL.. There are pilots at all carriers who are like this. Eventually, they are their own worst enemy. Whatever seat your in at DAL or Endeavor be the best you can be and be safe. Congratulations to those who accepted..and those to follow!!!
