Three things can happen; (actually 4, but that just delays the process)
1. Mgt wins arbitration, and the flow stays
2. DALPA wins, and mgt gets a non-compliance penalty, and the flow stays
3. DALPA wins, and mgt is forced to reduce the number of RJs, the flow goes away.

That's where we are. The odds favor DALPA winning, but also the flow staying.

Any modifications wouldn't be with us. DALPA would be negotiating with Delta, either over JV or contract gains.

Again, Delta couldn't give two ****s about whether 9E pilots flow. If the RJs don't stay, then the flow doesn't, either.

I'll say this... When I started here I opened up every single thread and read about 10 years worth of Apc posts just to get an idea of where the company came from and what was going on. Not a bad idea.

It's a long answer to your question. No it's not signed yet, but even when it is it won't be a done deal. But maybe. Stay tuned

A flow is basically free for delta. Even beneficial.
