Flow confirmed

I'll say one thing about this: I don't trust it. If something is too good to be true, it probably is. Delta giving us a flow without anything given up in our contract after all those years of being a hard no any any meaningful career progression? It's all fishy to me. The other shoe will drop...
Abstract Thought: It’s been mentioned that since DAL and 9E are both represented by ALPA, a staple cannot just simple happen, They have a integration procedure to follow. However, if flow was approved and according to the TA we’re limited to 20/month, UNLESS a higher amount is agreed upon by both company management. Who’s to say they can’t agree to flow all of us at once.
But yes, I do find it peculiar that they are giving all this up for just 35 aircraft. But they’ve done it before…

This. If Delta announced they were shutting down Endeavor tomorrow to bring the flying in house, putting our guys on the street you guys would throw a party. Probably in that same spot on C concourse they use to celebrate profit sharing check day, that way all the 9E folks get a good look while walking to and from our crew room. I don’t recall seeing a lot of DL guys in these forums over the years. Showing support, advocating to your MEC and CPs in favor of career progression. But suddenly a whole bunch of you have seemed to appear out of nowhere recently. Funny.

This would solve many a problems..
Most would love to Flow to Delta but in this environment of uncertainty, this 90% flow down is a big ask with no long term guarantees. If I had a DAL seniority number I know I could come back at some point with a job at Delta.

and that's the problem right there. You didn't know despite all our lanyards proclaiming it, articles in Airline Pilot magazine, and more than one statement from your MEC in support of our efforts. You don't give a rat's rear end about us until you suddenly want us to fight your battles for you...
