Of course they will not. DALPA only cares about pilots who are off probation and paying dues.

SkyPest killed ASA. DALPA couldn’t do anything about it even if they wanted to.

You want Endeavor, who is owned by Delta and who Delta has complete power over, to kick Delta's butt? That's not going to end well. If Delta's pilots want Delta's butt kicked, they're in a much better position to do it themselves rather than outsourcing it to the regional.

Whether Endeavor takes this or not has absolutely no bearing on the scope. Delta wants it, and Delta thinks they have an existing contractual right to it. You're more than entitled to fight that, and I hope you do and I hope you win. But if you don't, then don't blame Endeavor pilots for wanting to take advantage of some benefits that the Delta contract allows, as ruled by an arbitrator, rather than let them potentially go to someone else.

No, I assume that the 9E MEC will not let this go to MEMRAT and even if they do it will pass and it will be up to DALPA to win in arbitration. I always expect pilots to vote for what is in their best interest, I just don't see how selling mainline jobs for regional jobs is in anybody's best interest. Think of how many retirements are coming up in the next 10 years -- a flow might sound nice now but you don't need it. Don't kick yourself in 10 years for having sold scope for pennies on the dollar and the false security blanket of some flow that you might or might not ever get to use.

There won’t be any regionals in 10 years!

The scope was sold in the original LOA.

Preferred hiring. DALPA barley advocated for that.

These airplanes were already being flown prior to COVID correct? These aren’t new planes being added! So outsourcing was already done. So putting them back into service with a new flow partner that mirrors the previous agreement is hurting who?
