Please explain why OO and/or YX management would even answer that phone call? the RJ’s will be gone by the end of the summer via arbitration.
The fact your ALPA and your pilots have continuously used that as an excuse, I’d actually like to hear that answer.
Not being sarcastic, what am I missing?

As for the first half of your post I’m sorry you feel that way but it’s a loser mentality that I’ve seen a lot on this thread. Not calling you specifically a loser but the thought that “Well we have to do this or else...” Or else what? They’re gonna #Comair2021 you? AYFKM?! Again staffing issues galore have put you guys in a position with the leverage. This argument that well “deltas just gonna make an example out of us”, is exactly what they want you to think so you sellout the industry.

The shareholders of OO would never ever allow a 90% flush of the pilot group. The choices are either 9E takes the deal, or mgt is forced to start a new regional by taking a third of our fleet.

You’re missing the fact that Endeavor Air has been marketed strongly as the “premier regional” to go to if you want to fly for Delta one day. So they have to disregard years of building up your company only to then give a faster more direct route (to delta) to a company that they do not own and also flies directly for their competitors.

No, they won’t take it. Why in earth would OO or YX allow a flow down of DAL pilots without a flow up? Because if they are offered a flow up, we get it too, complements of the bridge agreement.
DAL needs the 35 RJ’s way more than we need this POS TA. It does nothing for us. I want a vote, and my vote is no!
If they really want to gamble on LOA 9, they would give us flow with no take backs. There is no risk, no downside for Delta. I would be a yes vote if this wasn’t tied to SCOPE.
