You are exempt from the college degree and psych eval. Also any part of the delta interview process. Basically have your app updated don't have any negative things on your record at the time (CAP only) and wait for your number to be called after you meet EDV requirements. Oh and you can't be told no by delta if you interview OTS (CAP only)

Sorry that came off wrong. I was attempting to say that. If you apply ots and get told no after the interview then you lose your cap privlages only if you fall under the CAP program..aka hired after June 3 2021

Asking for a friend who doesn't feel the need to read the APC forums. What is your thought on a pilot who received a Delta interview "NO" some 20 years ago, and has never worked for Endeavor, but is then hired to fly for Endeavor in 2022? Could they still flow under the current agreement? Thanks... AU.

@AU MD FLYER ; Pilots covered under both the Flow agreement and the CAP may take part in Delta’s off the street interview process. However, pilots should be aware that if covered under the CAP program, an unsuccessful attempt at the Delta OTS interview will forfeit any remaining rights under the CAP. So unfortunatly thats a no, that friend is only able to because they were hired PRIOR to LOA 125.

The other thing about the flow is that it requires you to able to upgrade to captain at EDV. That might cause people to have to stay at the regional longer that 4.5 years if the upgrade timeline is years away for newly hired FOs.
