But he should send that question into endeavor recruiting. They've been doing q&a things on instatwitterbook....or something....

Upgrade times are going to be 2.5 years or less here pretty soon. Wouldn't worry about that part. Plus you still have to be here 4.5 years and 24 months as a CA. That shouldn't be hard to achieve

CAP requires CA of 24 months. Flow (loa 125) requires you to be a CA for at least one minute

RPA or Endeavor with the new flow for new hires? I could have a 15 minute drive to SDF, or a 90 minute drive to CVG.

There's a lot more in it than that. You have to look at huge number of other factors. In a vacuum, if that's the only deciding factor? I would come here and drive to CVG. It's super junior so you'll move up lightning quick.

We’re going to start bleeding 70+ a month very shortly and SWA hasn’t even started hiring yet. AA wanted 450 NH’s by the end of the year, but don’t know if they’ll reach that. DL is off to a good start on hiring 1000 pilots by May 22. Overall, we’re loosing our 98 - 101 #’s. Since the company didn’t fill all the secondary CA positions last vacancy, they’ll somehow have to make up for that in Jan and Mar. Basically, it’s a great time to be an EDV pilot.

Keep in mind there’s no guarantee you’ll be on the 900, and if you get the 200 you’re locked out of CVG until you upgrade. Most recent vacancy suggests a 2 to 1 split in 900/200 new hire pilots.

Excellent point. I keep forgetting that there aren't 200's there

It’s a 200/900 base, junior pilot hired in 10/2021.
