Looks like you guys have a great deal here! Congrats!
One big question to me is how you’re going to staff the LCA positions. A great deal of regional LCA’s apply as a resume booster, but at 4.5 years, and two years as CA there’s barely enough time to become one even if you’d want to.
And with the flow that quick there’s little reason to even bother.

Not to mention the +$20/hour pay override is not very encouraging for all the extra work. They were practically begging my upgrade class to apply for LCA positions as soon as we were FAA qualified to do so…

I was on the 200 as a captain for about a year (displaced). It's not great. I was a line holder the entire time and was able to commute in on the first and last day without losing any days off. I had min days off (11) pretty much every month, except for months I had vacation. It was 4 on 2 off pretty much the entire time. The trips are all minimum credit because they don't have long enough legs to push days over min credit. You could do 4-5 legs a day and still not break the min day credit. I got back on the 900 recently on reserve and my qol has actually increased because I'm not trapped in an endless 2 days off at a time cycle. If you can avoid the 200 I would just so when you get to be a line holder (which should happen fast) that you can actually see more than min days off.
