Flow confirmed

a Delta pilot paying union dues isn’t a DALPA pilot? I apologize I must be narrow minded. We can chat again when you flow and we can go flying together. Might be a while… cheers

well if you’ve been around 9E long enough they’ve provided a Delta pilot volunteer whose led the DGI prep course on his days off commuting to various bases to help people like you get hired at Delta. Its unfortunate because a handful of endeavor pilots I’ve spoken to understand the ball is actually in your court to vote no and get something better. We will circle back when 80 pilots flow and you’re looking at the guy or gal sitting next to you wondering what happened when the flow gets canceled. Don’t be a bunch of sellouts. DALPA has done a lot for me as an endeavor pilot you’re just too narrow minded to see it.

Well that’s a really dumb response. And from your response I’d say that your song remains the same! Please direct your anger, or factual information as you call it to your MEC and to Delta management. I hope that your grievance turns out the way you want it to. I really do. But please leave us out of it. We all were just as surprised as you to find out that this flow agreement was tied to 35 airplanes in the middle of a scope dispute.

off. I highly doubt DALPA compensated that individual or provided any type of incentive.

Advocate for a STAPLe with a fence and 20 a month with same requirements as the flow but have a DAL seniority number and have something to come back to if 90% lose their job on the flow down. It eliminates scope at EDV and takes away the whipsaw atleast here at EDV/9E.

Well a staple wouldn’t require metering right? We’d all just end up as Delta pilots from day 1. Basically taking the list, along with the aircraft, and attaching it to their seniority list/PWA. In theory, Delta pilots would be able to bid to the CRJ9 as well.

DALPA shouldn’t be trying to get EDVALPA a staple, DALPA should use their resources to bring the flying back in house and leave the engine to DAL. DALPA does not negotiate who DAL hires. Just like EDVALPA doesn’t negotiate scope. Fair is fair.

actually, apparently delta told our guys that they believed they could place the deal anywhere but chose us for simplicity.

A few guys volunteering to run an interview prep seminar (that didn't even yield very good results) is not in any way on the same level as what you're asking of us. If we say no to this deal we may very well end up out on the street. There's nothing DALPA has done (or realistically could do) for us that could compensate us for being unemployed. The Delta arrogance on display here is staggering. Now excuse me while I go update my United application...
Does anyone know when the MEC will ratify the TA?
