Only applies to pilots on the seniority list at the DOS of the flow LOA

That’s weird but ok. Seems like they could use that as a recruiting tool. It would definitely bring them in .

Meh, I don’t know if it would help much. There’s going to be a lot of movement. Should be able to get your time and move on before a flow to Delta?

Highly doubt Delta would hire outside the flow.

AA regularly hires pilots from their wholly owneds off the street. Delta still took plenty of our pilots OTS even when the SSP and DGI were active.

Wasn't up to them. The deal had to mirror the old compass loa. Supposedly they want to work on something for new hires too. Cause the dgi is now not a great deal for them.

I’d imagine it’s 1 out every 10? I only know of a handful of pilots here that were hired OTS…the majority of them being military. Regardless, a flow creates movement which is good for all.

Flow will create movement..so will the other airlines hiring. Unless you're top 500 flow shouldn't be your primary source of getting to a legacy..apply to all of them ots.
