~ I'm in the low 500's , so perhaps 2-3 years for me best case. I'm def going to be applying everywhere and save the flow as a backup. (no DGI cuz no degree)
~ I dont think I heard anyone say that expansions of scope are bad not just for current delta pilots and future delta pilots, but is bad for the entire industry. The more flying that slides into regionals the worse off we all are in the long run. That being said, if I understand this correctly, if this goes through than it would just go back to scope when Compass was still a thing. Thats not that bad.
~ I don't mind a flow down that much so long as its not extreme. I am 100% in support of flowbacks for former 9E pilots, including training washouts and probation firings. I could still accept some flowback of guys from other regionals. If flow down includes a bunch of military guys who've never touched an RJ... well that's another thing.. But I'm generally always in favor of more pilot solidarity and looking out for each other regardless of politics and companies.

Im sorry what law school did you go to?
You do realize this flow is tied to an agreement (LOA 9) that was made between Delta and DALPA right? Any change to our PWA has to been agreed upon by our union and mostly likely sent to a vote.
If Delta decides to bypass all that, which they mostly likely will, then it will go to arbitration and Delta will lose.
