Not a single delta pilot I’ve talked to cares if 9E flows. We care about losing scope.

Delta management screwed up big time by leaving ~2000 of us unassigned and awaiting training. They’re desperate enough for bodies and airframes they are willing to accept a flow because they know how far behind we’re gonna be this summer. My point specifically for those don’t understand what this means “jackson” and others. Is that 9E and Delta pilots have the upper hand because Dal management wants something so bad they’re willing to entertain flow.
I've responded to most of these points ad nauseam but fwiw it's a 4 year extension.

Been a long time coming guys, congrats. Get the flow going, let us fight our fight at delta, and if we win maybe Delta keeps the flow because "blah blah blah, promises are important". Looking forward to seeing what the arbitrator says or any negotiated agreements prior to arbitration.

Also, I don't think you're going to be able to staff at endeavor unless you get some sort of industry average flow and i dont wanna pay you guys another 30% and chew up my profit sharing .

Come to indoc with an empty stomach and empty brains. You learn next to nothing, we want you to learn next to nothing, biggest thing is stop being proactive while you're doing the real job or in the sim. With a very few exceptions everyone knows their job and they're getting it done. You wont believe how little work you do or peoples jobs you have to cover. Its a real airline.

Probably 40-60 pilots will flow before the dispute process plays out.

I saw that and was about to post the correction. But I thought, someone else will take care of that. So thank you

I’m so confused. You want guys to learn next to nothing? Not be proactive when flying?
seems like great advice.

I believe he’s saying it’s easier to be a pilot at delta than endeavor. At a regional you have to double check the dispatcher/mx/gate agent/ramp/everyone else’s duties because they suck at their jobs.

If EDV offers a direct pipeline to DAL then that's a pretty big draw and would make it much harder to get hired at EDV, right?

I stand corrected as my understanding was 8 years. Either way my point is and always will be that I have friends at 9E who will get royally screwed by flow. And being at mainline, we’re getting royally screwed by losing scope. The only winners are those who finally go to Dal after multiple failed interviews or DUIs or both, and Dal management. I’m done talking sense into those who do not understand and cannot see the bigger picture. When it comes down to a vote these guys explain it best. https://youtu.be/whNW0NxfA2A

This offer would only apply to pilots on property when it's signed. So, maybe it'd be a big draw for the next few weeks to few months.

The potential seniority list movement for anyone hired directly afterward, however, could be a draw in itself.
