What you like me to opine on? Just the recent flow developments?

22 DCI Republic E170's got contracted to AMR, and several 700's are not worth spending the conformity money on. So what happened is 35 70 seaters went away permanently, and 35 76 seat jets were converted to 70 seats (flew one yesterday). That's how they complied with LOA 9, and that's why the 35 new jets are probably going to RAH.

This is not entirely true at all. Republic is still operating 17 of those 170s and 5 will come off contract in June/July still letting Delta operate 12 of those 170s through summer. The rest of the 12 fall off contract between August-October. This deal is just to get Delta through this summer and they need more airplanes and they can't get mainline pilots trained fast enough and they know it. Planespotters show Endeavor having 26 900s parked right now and as soon as this contract gets signed all of those will be put in service to accommodate the summer schedule. Plus republic still have old Compass birds that never got conformed so I would not be surprised to see all of those have been done and will be put into service with the signing of this LOA if they have not already been put in service.

We are in the same situation as mainline, we don't have the staff to operate those 26 900's over the summer. Also, I doubt the flow will start until after the summer, or at least pilots will be held back for a few months.

Our dispatchers and mechanics are actually very good at their jobs. In 5 years at EDV I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I've had to fix a screw-up made by DX/MX. They always give me enough fuel, and it's very rare to have more than 2 MELs. as to the Rampers and agents, yeah, some of them are pretty clueless, but those aren't Endeavor employees. They're 3rd party contractors hired by Delta, and we don't have much say over that...

To those saying that a flow screws DGI guys, some points to consider:

Rejecting a flow would not in any way guarantee continuation of the DGI, nor would accepting it automatically make the DGI go away. It seems to me that if we turned down the flow Delta might cancel the DGI just to teach us a lesson, and then we're left with nothing. Also, since the DGI is outside the contract, Delta could continue it at their discretion even if we do accept the flow.

Don't forgot once mainline we won't have to deal with b/c side rampers in dtw. Although they have gotten better with the occasional wait on them

I need someone to refresh me on mid size rj scope limits. Because I'm curious if delta loses this thing what's to stop them from pulling seats out of 35 900's and turning them into CR8's like we've been doing. Already have a few of them and they straight up admitted it was to get around scope.
