How often is the 800 hours at the company waived for captain upgrade. Only asking because I’m coming in with previous 121 time.

It'll be waived when they run out of 800-hour captain candidates on property. Last time that happened was late 2017/early 2018. I'd argue that they're probably getting close now, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Next one might be Jan. Usually every other month right now. Most recent just finalized last week

Keep in mind that if you do that, people who upgrade after you might end up more senior than you as a captain, and you might end up sitting reserve/less desirable lines for longer as a result.
