Exactly, and it's not just Endeavor. Every regional is in this boat (some way worse to start with).

the overlapping bases are at this point a toss up. (Dtw/msp). Upgrade is a lot quicker at skywest for the time being but it’s probably going to be similar for anyone starting in the next 6 months. Atl/nyc/cvg hands down endeavor.

Upgrade times are meaningless. Within the next 6-12 months, upgrade time is going to be “how long can it take you to get to 1000 121 hours?”

Exactly right. A year from now, the regional landscape will not look like it does the first of 2022.

In my best Jeff Goldblum voice, "you were so preoccupied with whether you could, you didn't stop to think if you should."

I hope the company doesn't force anyone to upgrade if they arent ready.

which is why I said for anyone hired in 6 months it’ll be similar..

if you want an edv base go there. you want dtw/msp, flip a coin.

this depends. If you get the 200, you could easily get MSP in training. If you get the 900, it will take a bit longer, but I would guess still within 6 months. MSP seniority is dropping faster than Biden’s approval rating as the senior guys flow to DL.

All that said, lately most classes have been assigned 900 in training.

Are classes assigned ONLY the 2/7/9 or is it split up within each class based on seniority?
