For what it's worth, I have a 2-2.5 hour flight time to commute, so driving an hour and a half to Boston isn't the worst commute anyone has.
Not trying to be a devils advocate, but commuting is completely foreign to me, trying to gather as much information as I can.

I can't believe I am voluntarily rehashing this subject, but for anyone curious about seniority "stagnation" at this company this may be of interest.
I did some voodoo math on the ISL and only about 1/5 (~22.9% actually) of our list is could be lifers and that is probably conservative. I won't throw out exact numbers since I have no idea who actually reads this.
