No, you are technically at your prior domicile until completion of OE.

Fair. It was a surprise to me to find that caveat when I did differences, considering I just packed up and left my prior base.

I'm pretty sure there was a note on the notice about releasing seat locks.

Clarify, please. I'm done with OE on the 200. Go to 900 differences in Feb. (What is it...like 7-10 days?)

Then I don't leave LGA until I'm done with OE on that? I'm guessing they'd do like the 200 OE and DH me from ATL to MSP or DTW to do my OE trips instead of doing it in LGA where there's (apparently) little to no LCAs?

OE trips will originate and end in the base held prior to the award. So your OE will start out of LGA, could be operating or deadhead to elsewhere. Once you complete OE, which I think would only be 1 trip for differences without a seat change, you move to your new base.

Technically it's a DH from LGA to where your OE is, but I think OE scheduling can do front end alternate DHs.

There was nothing on vacancy but there was on the initial award.

Differences:

2.5 days of classroom. Closed book SV of 50 questions.

One practice MT then MV.

OE is minimum of 8 legs...more if you need it

If you are upgrading and need differences you do the above then:

Leadership: 2 days

1 MT, then MV then 2 LOS then LOE.

OE: Minimum 25 hours with a Fed ride sometime after 10 hours and a line check by your LCA on the final two legs.
