Default CCF OPR Goal

Our current goal for CCF for april is 99.99%.. we are actually at 99.99% but the rating shows in red... we have 1 controllable cancel for the month so far... as of yesterday.. 1 controllable cancel out of 11372 flts mtd equals 0.0001% but yet the bonus for CCF is red.. ***. the only hats you should be talking about are jimmy hats for upper management

Yes, but we're still in the Top 2, so we're on track. Now, lets get that FFD0 back on track so we can stop saying we're #5!

Bump in the road. You guys keep giving us excellent aircraft, we'll do our part to fight through these operational challenges...with or without the hat.

So we operate so well we are rewarded with NYC which leads to harder logistics crap lines of flying for you guys throughout the system and gojet gets rewarded with dtw operations.... meanwhile upper management keeps saying "good work" and "think of the big picture"... there is either more going on behind the scenes than we know or we are going to be the next Comair... I am starting to feel its the latter... Morale in Tech Ops is absolute zero and has been for a long time.... something needs to happen... fast

I try to explain this to people, but they never get it. Delta is getting big city revenue, and paying its employees, small town wages.

Same thing is happening in the pilot ranks. They push you to ignore your contract, and when you don't bend over like the new guys who don't know the contract, they get bent out of shape.
Old pinnacle is showing its head more and more the shorter staffed we get.

I recently watched a (original Pinnacle) line check pilot trying to get bullied into a junior man (well into his off day which would become a 6 day) by TW... I don't think most experienced pilots here are in a mood to roll over watching that... I know I wouldn't have an issue saying no, I've done it before. Sometimes the $ has to be removed from safety.
I guess that's why I'm not Delta material

Travel benefits question. Been with my girlfriend now for sometime, and have been living together now for over 6 monthes, would they consider that grounds to be able to add her to my travel benefits as a domestic partner?
I guess has anyone on here done this?
