Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

Base pay should be based on min guarantee, period, since that is the premise behind our pay scheme. Some are willing to work more hours for more money, but not everyone is. A person who averages 100-110 hours a month might be happy with the slight pay increase, but those pulling 75 or close to it won't be happy. And shouldn't be. It's a PAY CUT. At a time when everyone else is raising pay. EDV thinks they can get away with it because the AA WOs are paying slightly less than us right now.
But what if we vote in this pay cut, and AA folks get a bump in pay? Say 5 grand a year, while we go down? What will THAT do for the company?

And becomes a miserable existence being completely burned out. 11 random days at home scattered throughout the month in perpetuity leads to chronic fatigue. An extra day off each month would be a bigger deal to me than more money.

Plus 1000. I am really enjoying my 18 days off in June. 75 hours credit, 80 hours... who cares? QoL has a lot of weight in my world.

Only lowered max day off and added more rsv lines. It also
Concentrates flying to fewer people who fly more.
The key is figuring out what works best for you in your situation
Wether it's rsv, Cdo, cno or line.
At regionals we never real never have leverage.
We as a company can be replaced by another regional or mainline
We have to keep our costs just below The cost and expense and PIA
Of replacing us whatever that may be.

It has to do with lack of representation at ALPA as they have determined that we don't have real jobs or are not real pilots. Only mainline pilots have real jobs deserving of protection. What is permitted at the regional level (whipssaw or Comair'ed) is not at at the mainline.

Longevity the whipsaw will continue. Regionals are subcontractors.
Cost, quality and ability to meet the demands of our mainline boss
Are what matters. When the last two are near the top in the industry
Cost (our pay) can go up.

Long time lurker here on apc. Just wanted to update anyone that cares, projected 4+ month reserve wait (after IOE not DOH) for a JFK line. The whole DGI thing seems more and more like a joke when you realize every captain you fly with has been turned down twice by mainline. The guys going to Delta in the coming months are certified a-wholes. The guys that have been here for years are disgruntled and the only "Delta" guarantee is that you'll be flying a plane with "Delta" painted on it. This place legitimately seemed like a good move to get into the 121 side of things but more and more if you can look past the smiles you'll see theres no real future here for anyone. It's sad that some of these colgan/pinnacle/mesaba guys are on the verge of tears when in cruise flight they talk about how long theyve been flying and how safe theyve been, and how they have a million applications out yet can't get a call from anyone. Least of which being the parent company. The hat issue is the cherry on top. Worst $100 I ever spent, it's a slap in the face and I can't bring myself to wear it in light of this company's colorful past and dim future.
Sorry if I sound like debbie downer. A lil bit disgruntled after I checked the mock bid......
