Oh you gossip about people? How cute. I really hope you are here a shorter time than me that would be fantastic. One less hat wearing monkey I have to deal with.

Yeah it really must be tough to work with people who have a good attitude, work hard, and enjoy what they do...

Wonder how this will affect future Ops. Never mind, fake news!

Cool.

I'll tell all the awesome pilots I know that they just need to keep doing their awesome job for Delta.

It will all pay off for those that go above and beyond.

They will feel better.

Guys like Whoareyou, were hired in on the premise of quick upgrade, and a flow to NWA/Delta, all to "work hard", at a job that paid $20K. They then spent 7 years in the right seat, had the flow canceled, with a pay cut, and then told no in the SSP, which was sold by Lee Moak as a handshake affair, so Delta could quickly rid itself of CRJ200s.

I know who he is, flown with him a couple times, and never heard him complain until the shtf.

Default Ford X Plan

Is the Ford x plan available to endeavor employees? Has anyone used it? What kind of savings could I expect?

You do what you need to do. Wish you luck on your short stay at 9E. But please don't assume all senior captains here have been denied a job at delta and are disgruntled. Some of us have been flying 121 15 plus years and have been providing a safe/good operation. Everyone has their reasons why they are here and why they are not. I will agree with you on one thing...the negative talk in the cockpit needs to stop. If delta denied you.....move on. Plenty of great opportunities out there.

APC is a vent. Whenever I show up for work, my CA 99/100 is outstanding to work with, and makes it an enjoyable trip. I can't think of the last time I flew with somebody I truly couldn't stand. Genuinely enjoy all who work here. Learned a tremendous amount from some very experienced folks. I don't for a minute regret choosing Endeavor.

We as with most or all regional pilots are the epitome of the Joke about " A Bird Flew South for the Winter" with ALPA on one side and mainline on the other but with only the first 2 morals of the story.
