Wonder how they are still filling up classes, when they don't even call back people who apply. 4 of my friends have applied over last 5 months, none of them got a call, at least not before they started class at Envoy.

Did you call the recruiting team and ask Why? Or put in a good word... that's a lot of money lost for you and 5 extra pilots below you in seniority

Our training department couldn’t handle 70 a month. Just like Delta can barely keep up with their hiring numbers. There just aren’t enough sims to go around.
So far, from what I'm told, recruiting is hitting its target each month. Are we putting 70 into class each month? No, but that's not the goal. It's more along the lines of the high 40s. That sustains growth. Anything above goal is just padding.
