Haven't been keeping up with their TA. Is it good? Based on the vote ratio, I'm guessing not very?

You weren't ever pattern negotiating. What happened at Republic would have been irrelevant to your negotiations because you were rolling in bonuses. No one would have said, "well, I know we were paying you 20,000 bonuses and are trying to convert that to rates, but since RAH pilots voted in a not industry leading pay raise (it was a raise BTW), we are only going to give you 10,000 converted to rates."

They wanted Endeavor or better, and got nothing close to it.

And they weren't ever going to get Endeavor or better. They aren't being bankrolled by Delta or United. In the end, they are still hamstrung by their CPAs which were renegotiated in BK to, at least in part, afford to pay the massive raises they received in their last round of negotiations.
