The dgi needs to be a real success here or flow instituted in order for morale not to tank once this program gets up and running.

Or they'll kick the can down the road with shifting of more airplanes here keeping the growth going or tossing a little more money our way rather than hiring us at mainline... keeping the carrot dangling. It's time the union explore hiring paths to companies other than Delta, Not every pilot wants to work at Delta (nor should every pilot want to)
