As a (20 year) SkyWest guy. Not to jump in your topic but don’t come to SkyWest for SLC. Go anywhere else, then delta for SLC...

+1 on this ^ I think you could take a crack at C10 (CS100) that Delta just announced for SLC. Holding that as a a captain (or any other SLC CA spot) takes a lot more seniority.
