We don’t fly to Love Field and we don’t have a flow to Delta Air Lines, so I’m not sure exactly what you’re asking. If you’re asking about the interview program, Captains are eligible for an interview at Delta 18 months after upgrade and if they receive a CJO at that interview they are placed into a pool designed to help Endeavor keep captains on property for a while for staffing purposes. The overall length of the wait in a pool for those holding CJOs is yet to be determined as it is relatively new.

There's no such thing. We have no contractual pathway to Delta. We only have the DGI, which you are eligible 18 months after you upgrade. I have been here 2 years, and it looks like I will upgrade at the 3 year mark, so it will take me 4.5 years to get a chance at an interview. The DGI success rate was only around 50%, but it has recently gone up slightly. Some FOs are able to get interviews outside of the DGI.

I know several that wanted the job, one of them a local guy with lots of time on property. Thank god that didn’t happen, would have been a terrible choice. This could also be a placeholder/acting chief scenario until MSP gets who they want.
