If you agreed to the ATP-CTP agreement, then just that. You can take the $10K sign-on bonus after completion of OE, pay back the ATP-CTP agreement (which was $2,850 but I've heard is now up to $3,250, someone else can confirm that), keep the rest, and walk.

… If you are already contemplating quitting due to personal issues then I suggest you don’t even show to class. You’ll just be wasting yours and the companies time and resources. I gotta ask, why are you even doing this in the first place if your already in this mindset.

Not to be a callous jerk. But my aunt has a week to live and I’m knuckled down in sims. I’ll say goodbye to her over FaceTime. It is what it is and it’s the amount of time I have right now to give... I’d love to go see her one more time and hug and kiss her goodbye, but I just can’t right now. Stage four brain cancer came up while I was in ground school... If you’re going in with a personal issue that you know about, just ask to delay your training to take care of it, because you won’t have time while you’re here.

This training takes all of your time and attention. It’s brief, but it’s what it takes. Undivided attention. I barely have time for personal needs. If you have something you know you need to be there for, take care of it before you start. It sucks, but it is what it is.
